Below is a how-to guide to follow:
1. On the landing page, use the search field box to type the 'MSISDN' you wish to get information on.
2. The MSISDN profile will appear. Expand the 'Actions' menu by clicking on the drop-down arrow.
3. Click ‘Refresh Subscriber Details’.
4. A pop-up window will appear. Click ‘OK’ to confirm the action.
5. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will be able to see Device Information such as: SIM number, PUK unlock and/or Pin code.
