How to Check/Monitor Value Added Services: Find a step-by-step guide below:
1. From the Landing Page, click on 'Explore' tab from the menu panel.
2. As the tab expands click on 'Connectivity' and then click on ‘Value Added Services’. This will take you to the Value Added Services page.
3. Each Value Added Service is represented by the tiles. Click on 'each tile' to monitor or perform an evaluation.
4. After clicking the tile, a page will open displaying a list of subscribers for that service.
5. Extra tip: Access and download the Value Added Service report directly from the Corporate Portal.
If you wish to cancel any Value Added Service, please contact your Cell C Account Manager.
