On the Voice, Data or Message Usage Exceptions page/area, you can:
- View the usage exceptions graph, which displays subscribers in different usage categories. The example below is a voice exceptions graph.
- Click on any of the exception columns to view a list of users in that usage category.
- From the subscribers list, click through to user details to explore their subscriptions, bundles, and/or value-added services.
- Export a detailed 'Usage Traffic Summary' report on either voice, data, and messaging usage.
