Can I activate roaming usage on the corporate portal?


Corporate Portal currently doesn't facilitate user activation of roaming usage. Customers are encouraged to reach out to their account managers for seamless assistance in enabling this feature at the network level. They are equipped to provide support and ensure a smooth activation process.


Question 2:

How can I find the total roaming usage for specific subscribers in a certain country? 


Roaming area usage tracks:

  • Global roaming minutes by subscribers, 
  • Filters usage by voice, data, and messages 
  • Details monthly expenses per subscriber. 

Use the interactive global map to explore totals by country or click on the country in query for detailed subscriber information.


Question 3:
I have disabled roaming for a specific mobility profile, but I am noticing roaming usage on some SIMs within that profile. Could you please clarify why this is happening? 


Disabling roaming within the mobility profile settings does not block SIMs from roaming. Notifications will be sent to the subscriber/manager when the SIM starts utilizing roaming services. Enabling or disabling roaming services can only be managed through the network; please contact your account manager for support with this.
