How to Navigate the Voice, Data, or Message Exceptions Pages

A Guide to Navigating the Voice, Data, or Message Exceptions Pages:1. From the Landing Page, click on ‘Manage Spend’ tab from the menu panel.

2. As the tab expands, click on ‘Exceptions’. Then, choose the specific bearer you want to view: Voice, Data, or Message. For this example, we will use Data Exceptions.You will see the Data Exceptions graph, which shows the Subscribers that fall under different Usage Exception Categories.

3. Above the graph, you will find filters for Account, Packages, and Show Usage As. Utilize these filters to refine your search.Please note that for each bearer, the Corporate Portal allows the administrator to select how they would like the Usage to be displayed. At the top of each bearer page, you will find the ‘Show Usage As’ filter.


i.Total vs Package: Provides an easier view based on over & under usage which can assist in identifying if users are on the correct Packages.

ii.Total vs Mobility: Provides an easier view based on over & under usage which can assist in identifying if users are on the correct Mobility Profile.
