How to check the soft lock status of a line?

Below is a step-by-step guideline on how to check a soft lock status on a specific line:1. From the landing page, click on the 'Explore' tab from the menu panel.
2. As the tab expands click on 'Connectivity' and then click on ‘Subscribers’.3. On the search box at the top-right of the screen, ‘Search’ for the MSISDN/line you wish to check the status on.4. Underneath the MSISDN/line you will see a lock icon. The lock will appear as either;
(i). An open green lock icon indicates that the line is not soft locked.
(ii). A closed yellow lock icon indicates that the line is soft locked.
