How to soft lock a line on Corporate Portal?

A soft lock is a temporary credit lock that will disable any usage on a line for the remainder of the billing period. 

The soft lock will automatically be on the start of the next billing period.


Below is a step-by-step guideline on how to manually soft lock a line on corporate portal?
1. From the landing page, click on the 'Explore' tab from the menu panel.
2. As the tab expands click on 'Connectivity' and then click on ‘Subscribers’.
3. On the search box at the top-right of the screen, ‘Search’ for the line you wish to soft lock.
4. Click on the drop-down ‘arrow’ on the far right-hand side on that line.
5. Click on the 'Soft Lock' icon.
6. A pop-up will appear. Please read through the disclaimer and click ‘OK’ once complete.
Please note that the green lock icon on the left (under the MSISDN) will turn yellow.

Disclaimer: The process of applying and removing a soft lock can take up to 24 hours to affect. 
Soft locking is not guaranteed from a technical point of view and should be used as a guideline to manage spend on your account. 
If for any reason the limit is not implemented, you are still liable to pay for usage on the account.
