Q. How long does it take for the soft lock to apply once activated?
A. Soft lock applies immediately once activated. However, if the subscriber is on an active call or a data session, soft lock will wait for the call/session to end before it locks the subscriber out.
Please note that this can cause excessive spending in some cases.
