Errors can occur during Importing for various reasons.
To prevent these errors,
- Ensure all unnecessary rows, including Instructions and Sample Data, are removed from the Import Template before uploading the file onto the Portal.
- Verify that the Import Template does not contain any duplications before uploading the file onto the Portal.
- Key fields, especially the Employee Number in column 3 and the Email Address in column 4, are mandatory; at least one of these must be present for a successful import.
- Additionally, the Mobile Number (MSISDN) in column 18 must be unique for each profile entry.
