Reasons Subscribers Are Not Receiving Usage Notifications

Below are key points to help users troubleshoot why subscribers are not receiving usage notifications: i. Within each of the Mobility Profile, the Usage Notifications setting may be set as 'OFF'. Ensure that this setting is set as 'ON’.

ii. Under the Preference Settings, the Subcriber Usage Alert may be set as 'OFF'. Ensure that this setting is set as 'ON’.iii. The Subscriber line or MSISDN may not be linked to the Subscriber's Profile.iv. The Email Address may have been incorrectly captured under the Subscriber's Profile.
