The Escalation area allows you to:
- Observe the unusual, abusive, or high-usage activities within your subscriber base.
You can organise escalations using the filters provided at the top of the page: Disallowed Usage Tiers, Service Type, or Escalation Status.
- Review the subscriber's traffic trends and include comments on the issue identified within your organization.
- Decide the required course of action which is either blocking the MSISDN by escalating it to the subscriber's manager or whitelisting the device for a set period of time.
- All subscribers currently under investigation in the Escalation Area are marked with the escalation icon, visible in all views of the Corporate Portal, as shown in the image.
