How to enable Business Area Manager Reports?

To ensure that managers automatically receive a Business Area Reports for each area they oversee, enable the business area schedule report functionality in the product's settings. If the scheduled business area report setting is set to OFF, reports will not be sent automatically, even if enabled within the Mobility Profile.


Below is a guideline on how to enable Business Area Manager Reports:

1. From landing page, click the ‘Preferences’ tab using the main menu. This action will lead you to the product settings page.

2. Navigate towards the side-menu panel and click on the ‘Scheduled Reports’ tab.

3. Scroll down to ‘Business Area Manager Reports’ section. 

4. From the displayed options, select your preferred 'Report Schedule': either weekly or monthly. 

The subscriber count indicates the total number of top active lines or subscribers, ranked by highest usage, which is then presented in the report. Select the specific count you wish to view.

5. Scroll down and click ‘Save Settings’.


Note that:

i. All users who have been assigned Business Areas to manage will automatically receive a Business Area report for each of the Business Areas they manage.

ii. When enabled, weekly Business Area Manager Reports are sent on the 1st, 8th, 16th and 24th of every month. If you prefer the monthly report schedule then reports are sent on the 1st of every month, covering the previous month's information.
