How to track USSD Usage

For efficient business management, the Corporate Portal assists administrators, and managers to track all USSD usage/events.

How to track USSD Usage:

1. From the Landing Page, click on ‘Manage Spend’ tab from the menu panel.

2. As the tab expands click on ‘Improper Usage’ and then click on ‘USSD’.

This will take you to a new page displaying all subscriber lines that have used USSD codes.

You can also check whether your mobile plan has permitted or restricted these MSISDNs/lines from using USSD codes.
